• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing the order may be accepted; once shipped, cancellation is not possible

• Delivery to UAE: estimated 7–15 business days
• Delivery to Europe/UK: estimated 10–25 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control
• Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applicable in their country
